Arm Description	The Mercer Series offers your choice of three arm styles: panel, scoop or track. Arms feature high-density, contour-cut foam inner pads on the top, plus an overall foam pad and one or more layers of resilient fiber batting. Outside arms and backs are fiber padded for insulation and to protect the leather or fabric from the frame.

Construction & Materials

Padding & Ergonomics	Seat decks feature elastic webbing covered with ½” padding and finished with woven seat deck material. Standard seat cushions are Ultraplush (ULP), which consists of a high-resiliency 1.8 density polyurethane foam core encased in a plush, polyester fiber wrap. Non-woven fabric ticking encases the unit. Other cushion styles are available on select items. Back cushions are filled with premium quality, high-resiliency fiber and encased in channeled ticking.
Upholstery Frame Construction	Internal parts made using primarily engineered laminated hardwoods. Kiln-dried hardwoods used for most external parts. All sofas and love seats are reinforced with center support rails. Numerous joining methods are used, including interlocking tenons and double-doweled joints, both of which are reinforced by glue and staples.
Seat Support Description	Elastic Webbing (EW) system features engineered elastic webbing interwoven to form a highly supportive seating surface. Steel springs, elastic webbing or reinforced polypropylene covered by foam and resilient fiber batting forms the seat back.
