Construction & Materials

Padding & Ergonomics	Premium environmentally safe 1.8 density UltraCell base core. The UD cushion, standard on many styles, feature a high-resiliency polyurethane foam core with layers of lower compression polyurethane foam on either side. This composite core is wrapped in a layer of Dacron polyester fiber and a feather and down blend. The cushion is then sewn into a down-proof ticking. Ultra Down seating includes at no extra charge blend-down filled pillows and scatter back pillows. This is not a cushion option it only comes standard in certain styles.
Tailoring	Matched down the front, over the arm on down to the skirt, and over the back down to the skirt on frames with a straight rail. Fabrics and leathers are individually measured and cut by hand to assure the highest standards in fabric matching.
Upholstery Frame Construction	Kiln-dried 5/4 solid hardwood with built in legs that are double doweled, glued and corner blocked.
Seat Support Description	Real 8-Way hand tied coil spring system, made the old-fashioned way. Double nailed steel bands add incredible support and eliminate the possibility of future sagging.
