Construction & Materials

Padding & Ergonomics	All cushions have high resiliency foam cores wrapped with layers of Dacron polyester fiber. Specially contoured edges give cushions a high crowned look that provides luxurious comfort and guarantees long-term style retention. Backs are filled with special Dacron polyester fibers that are engineered to conform to the user and give ultimate support and comfort. “Channeling” in each back prevents the settling of fibers after continued use. Paul Robert has incorporated features that include supportive soy-based foam cushion cores, enclosed in a down-proof jacket filled with a blend of renewable down, feathers, and polyester fiber made from recycled soft drink bottles. Frames are US-sourced and made of kiln-dried hardwood.
Tailoring	Over 200 decorative trims. Some styles feature gusseted backs, skirts and cushion boxings. Over 35 nail trims available.
Upholstery Frame Construction	Frame constructed from selected hardwoods, which have been milled and processed to remove defects that may cause a structural weakness. All joints are double doweled and each corner reinforced with corner blocks, hand fastened and glued into each frame, to maintain rigidity. Legs are engineered into the frame for strength and stability.
Seat Support Description	Springs are covered with tough polypropylene sheeting with foam and polyester batting applied for added comfort. Pre-engineered springs of heavy gauge high carbon steel are hand fastened to each frame and locked together creating a uniform seating system.
